Solar Charger

Intro

This is a simple AVR controlled dc-dc boost converter. I built it for use with a mini solar panel charging battery packs at higher voltages than it can normally. It is not a true MPPT since it has no current sensor; it merely regulates the solar panel voltage at an approximation of the max power point. It can probably handle a somewhat larger panel than that one.
