Garden Project

Intro

In an effort to make my loft less bleak, I have been attempting to make things grow in it under artificial conditions. Living things are sort of a stretch for people who are better acquainted with machines, though.

The only plant I've been able to grow successfully so far, though, is basil -- there was clearly just not room for tomatoes to mature and the parsely/chives just didn't grow. Further, the automatic watering system suffered a hardware failure that resulted in everything dying after this photo was taken. I intend to try this again once I have some more sophisticated process control elements installed.
